screen is looking like it has static after trying to install weather panel
 

as the title says my screen is looking like it has static after trying to load and install wp,already tried soft reset taking out the battery with no luck would really like any feedback or suggestion on how to get ot looking sharp again..........thanks in advance ...LGK777
