Froze at h]HTC screen

Hi everyone. Thanks for a great forum. This is my first time putting a ROM on my phone. I used one rom from dnj04--loaded the first one with no problem. Didnt care for it so I loaded a new Rom. it loaded fine but when the phone restarted it stuck at the htc splash screen. Now I cant do anything with my phone at all. I have tried a hard reset and nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Happened to me. I didn't update the bootloader.
