Can I use SPB Back up AFTER I installed Rev A.?

Obviously I lost everything, but could I use my SPB back up and restore everything? Or will this not work? Should I install my programs again 1 at a time? Or use the backup?

I just used my Sprite backup to restore everything on my Touch. I would think that SPB Backup works in the same fashion. Go ahead and try it, what do you have to loose?
