Cannot call phone numbers with country code after flashing Alltel rom...
 

I cannot call phone numbers with country code after flashing Alltel rom.

For example, I cannot call this number.
+1 (425) xxx-xxxx

But, I can call this number without country code.
(425) xxx-xxxx

Even after I flash JD's GPS test rom, I still cannot call phone numbers with country code.

Have to say that's pretty odd. I've had no issues of the sort with either.

I can still make calls like 1425xxxxxxx. But + will fail.

Since all phone numbers in my contacts begin with +, this issue is really annoying...

I´m on Sprint.

That's interesting, both that you have +1 in all your contacts and that it fails with +1 on the bell radio. I mean I'm not sure why you need the +... maybe the real problem is you need a way to easily remove all the + from all your contacts without doing it manually... I'm sure there are programs out there but I don't know of any.

Im having the exact same issue where it wont dial the + before any of my numbers which is an issues for calling international numbers as well as all my US numbers that have the +1 for the country code. It was working but stopped after flashing alltel rom and I also have JD testgps.

If all your contacts are synced to your outlook there is a setting in outlook to remove the +1 from all your contacts. I Forgot where it was though.

In Outlook, + will be added before the country code. And + is required for some Outlook features such as fax.

Are there any alltel users to confirm if + is working in alltel phones after flashing?
