S2U2 Behind Phone App
 

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem or not, but I thought I would post it to see if there's a fix.

If I have S2U2 setup with Slide2Answer and whenever I get an incoming call waiting call the S2U2 screen pops up then goes behind the built-in phone app, making it so that I can't see who's calling without minimizing the phone app.

Any way of preventing this from happening?

What version do you have? Try updating to version 1 if you don't already have it. After that just play with the settings.

Do you have the dialer that came with the phone or a custom?

sometimes when i'm just using my phone and i get a call, the S2U2 caller ID pops up for a brief second and then disappears, but my phone still rings. i also have S2A enabled.

any ideas to why this happens?

I used the reg hack in the sticky to stop phone pop up

I've using version 0.99p. I didn't think version 1 was out, but I'll double check.

ajk -- I have that reg hack already. My problem is when I'm on a call, the phone app is open like normal, then when I get another call, the S2A screen pops up (which it should), then it goes behind the phone app. If I click on the X on the phone app, then I see the S2A screen.

Basically its like there's a setting telling the phone app to stay on top of every screen, but it really should go behind the S2A screen if it pops up.

I'm using the stock dialer/phone app, but I'm using Ghetto's latest 6.1 ROM. It also happened on every ROM I've tried including the stock Sprint 6.0 ROM.

I had to turn off S2A - i actually like it better with s2u2 blacking out the screen when the call connects and turning on with a photo caller-id if another call comes n.

That's what works best on my Vogue...

So you have it blank the screen on a call or have that off? You said without it blacking the screen, then you said it turns on if another call comes in, so I'm just checking.

I'm going to turn off the S2A and see how it works. I also installed v1.00. I might try the Blank on Call feature too.
