Ok I guess Im a little confused now. I have the Sprint Touch and wanting to change the background on the phone dialer page. How is this done?

Tha cool thing is you can make a bunch and change them to suit your mood or whatever. Check out the link I posted a few posts up and get it. I have attached a zip of one I created for the Touch as an example. Extract the .cab file and transfer to your SD card. Open file manager and click on the file and install to device. Soft reset and you have a new dialer. Simple.
