is there any way to enlarge the ok button or title bar to make it finger friendly?

i know if you increase the touchflow sensitivity, it increases the proximity of buttons making them a little more finger friendly. though you will have some buttons that overlap.

I forget the registry edit, but its here somewhere on this site
