Mic Broken ! ?
 

Whenever I receive or make an outgoing call, nobody can hear me. At first, I had thought it was the service but after attempting calls all over Ft Lauderdale, it has to be something wrong with the Vogue itself. I had left it on all night last night & received 2 missed calls & a few sms. I have tried to hard & soft reset the phone but the mic is still unresponsive. Also, it has NEVER been exposed to moisture. Has anyone else had this issue & if so, does anyone know how to fix it?

i kno someone on the forum iwth the same issue that ive been attempting to fixx....jsut curious u running any custom rom?

can you hear other people.. i am the person spencer is talking about.. i cant hear other people or anything.. just send texts

I can hear them, they just can't hear me. Im running the stock Sprint ROM.

I had that problem when in speakerphone with 6.1 roms, but not in regular mode

I just turned the speakerphone on then off while on a call & now it works ! Thanks for the help !

UPDATE : No go....I did a soft reset & it still wont work, even after turning the speakerphone on then off.

What about this registry location?

HKey_Current_User\ControlPanel\Volume
Mute = 7 : dword

If this value is a zero, then your muted. Any other value is the volume of the mic. 7 is my setting.
