Video ringtones???

Hi

Is video ringtones possible on the touch is there a app or anything that can do it.

You can set a windows.wmv file as the ringer, but it will only play the sound. Someone needs to create something to play the video as well. I tried a small 2.84mb file.

It seems like that app only works for symbian.
