Display on while syncing
 

How in the world do I disable the display / back light while my phone is in the cradle? I put it in sleep mode and it comes back on within a minute. It seems that as soon as I put the phone in the cradle, it automatically starts activesync therefore keeping the display on. Is there any way to stop this. I keep the phone in my bedroom and this is (literally) keeping me up at night!

Please help!!!

stop activesync maybee? if it's not trying to talk to the phone, it might just charge in peace
