insufficient privileges?
 

Anybody knows how to configure this. Installation was unsucessful. The program or setting cannot be installed beacuse it does not have sufficient system permisions. I got this while trying to install a program called touch settings. I tried to get Microsoft device security settings from the MS web site but it would not even download. I got this message before with other program installations. How can I fix this?
