Theres a folder for it but its not there

that last file listed is for the bell kaiser? Isn't this supposed to be for the touch?

ok I'm not sure how I would know that but I'll just chalk it up to my newbness. Is there some more information on this rom somewhere like radio and firmware version, included apps etc.? I would also consider changing the pagepool before flashing if its possible...can it be done with this rom?
