Mp3 Trimmer
 

I just started flashing to some cutstom roms and realized that none of them have the mp3 trimmer that I had on my stock Bell rom. Does anyone have this program? Or how can I extract it from my old Bell rom? All i have is an EXE to flash back to the Bell rom so I dont know how I can extract it from that...

not the audio manager. the mp3 trimmer for making your own ringtones. it comes on bell touches and i think i heard alltel has it too.

There is an integrated mp3 trimmer in the new version of Audio Manager (the one I posted). I'm not aware of any other MP3 trimmer, so I can't help you there.

You might want to give that file a shot though. The trimmer works really well, allowing you to easily set the intro and exit points in the song. You can then set it as your default ringer, or just save it to your ringtones folder, right from within Audio Manager. This version also plays nice with FTouchFlo, which is a huge bonus for me. It will also play protected Plays For Sure content. Take a look.

ah, kept meaning to ask about this, but never got around to it, as it was available on stock telus as well, thanks for the share.

the reason it does not exist in cooked roms, from what I can tell, is that when you throw in the audio manager oem, it conflicts with the mp3 trimmer files, and they have to be deleted to get audio manager to work.

no not really.. it doesn't conflict with another programs.. it has its own files and the ROM (official ROM) i got that trimmer from has both Audio Manager and MP3 Trimmer!
