HTC Audio Manager Location?

Where is the actual exe file of the audio manager? I have changed my cube and no long have it linked to the original audio manager. Where is it located so I can link it to a different icon in my cube. Boy I feel like a noob ](*,)

On my custom ROM it's audiomanager.exe in \windows\ but if you are using a different ROM it may be in a different spot.

Isn't this supposed to be installed by default on the touch? Also thats where I though it would be too but its not there on mine. :(
