Perhaps you should read the post that Coz wrote with a link and the post immediately following it. They should provide the information on whether or not it is working.

this thing doesnt work when u search call tones like a coupleof artists show up only whe u go to download the call tones it says app error...

the only way i have been able to get calltones is swaping phones...for example i call sprint i program my old katana once its working i buy a call tone through the phone or with my computer at sprint.com then after the call tone is working i call sprint again and swap my phone again and since the call tone is already setup on your number i guess they cant take it off... i dont know but i know for a fact thats how you can do it cus thats how i do it... have fun waiting for customer service haha

omg thats a mission...i guess that call tone is for everyone that calls too huh i had my girl swirch from att to sprint from the iphone to the touch and she hated it at first but shes getting usd to it and now when she finds out u cant have call tones and even customize it for each caller shes gonna be pissed.

cant you switch phones with out calling customer service your self on the sprint.com site? you know under your account?

strange thing im on my account right now and i can see the call tones pages and prices.....

nm i can see them fine..when i click on them it reloads same preview page....booo sprint.

I was able to use calltones once on my old treo 700wx; don't know if I setup the proxy but I do know there was a special URL to use.

The problem is in the Digital Lounge. They are capable of supporting it, however for some reason they have them turned off in the dig lounge for smart phones. Swapping the phone does allow for you to readd and customize as needed. You can have as many as you want and can do one per person. I have no idea why you can't add them to a PPC. Another Sprint brilliant idea.
