I need help, stuck at unlocker and nothing works
 

Ok, I unlocked my phone the first time and it worked fine, from there I installed a new rom and everything was working fine. Decided I wanted to try something else so I unlocked again, but this time no roms work whatsoever, im just stuck at the screen with three colors. When I try to install a rom it gives me the progress bar but it stays at 0% until it gives me the 262 error. From there I recover back to the 3 color stage but no rom will get me past the 262 error.

Any help guys would be greatly appreciated.

idk if ths has anything to do with it, but im pretty sure once you unlock it, you dont need to unlock it again. check the xda-forums, they might have some help for you. i would try maybe using the ROM you had originally that u decided you wanted to switch from?

can you boot into windows mobile? or does it boot into the 3 colored screen?

well ive had to take out the battery every time it gets stuck on the progress bar to recover it, is there another way of booting it into wm?

im not sure, i was just wondering if you were able to boot into WM to do a hard reset? dont connect to ur PC with usb, just see if you can power on the phone to launch WM? if not then i have no clu and hopefully someone else can help you out.

also, try to make sure that you are connected, but activesync is not active:
when connected to PC, open active sync.
file>connection settings> UNCHECK allow usb connections.

and try the flashing process...

Yeah, I made sure all of that was taken care of and still no go. Every rom stays at 0% and forces me into recovery. This blows. :(

Ok got it fixed, for those who run into this problem I just installed the oem rom from the ftp site and then everything went as normal. Thanks spunks for all the help :D
