Call and End buttons
 

Does anyone else have a problem with their call and end buttons not doing anything?

When I had my default ROM from Bell it was having this problem, I flashed to the 6.1 rom from this site and the buttons are still not working.

Anyone know why this might be?
Do I need to DOA the phone?

If you bounce around the forums here long enough you'll see several references to this problem. I don't know whether it's a 6.1 thing or Polen's Vista Dialer... If I soft reset, I get them back... For me it's a totally intermittent thing. I am still trying to isolate the offending program. I haven't had a problem all day today...!?!!?

Let me know what dialer you're using and whether a soft reset will fix the problem.

Soft reset does not help it.
I am using the dialer in OMJ's ROM , i think its Vista? I did have the problem in WM6 also though.

Perhaps it's a defect with your phone.

Flash it back with the updates Bell rom and return it to Bell and tell them that it's defective.
Unless it's already been 30 days...

nope, happens to me too, send button works, end button really doesnt do anything, sure as hell doesnt end my calls lol

Ever heard of a bad batch full of defects?

Anyways, I'm pretty sure Bell does have a 30day policy for DOA's.
So if it is, then why not take advantage of it right?

I have the same problem. My END key is useless.

I've seen many people reporting this problem, but I have never had this issue on any rom....stock or custom

I have this issue with every stock and cooked rom.Haha. My end key works fine all the time. My send button works fine for everything but bringing up the dial pad. It works to send mail and if I hard reset it works ever time the first time to reload the rom. Problem is when I just pick my PPC up and go to make a call I might have to hit the Green button 4 times before it pops up. I have noticed it happens more when I have something thats open and running . Like with OZ messenger. At first I thought it might be a bad phone but Testing it shows me its a Software/Radio issue.
