is anyone else getting this error? i thought it was a new rom i flashed, but went back to the old one and im still getting the timeout error.

Mine stopped working a few days ago but I think that it was because of something that i installed. I did a hardreset then reinstalled and it was working fine. I myself sone know any other way to go about fixing it.

and after three hours of it not working, as soon as i make the thread it works. haha

For some reason, my account does not work but I use my wife and friends account login to yahoo IM, their accounts works just fine. My account just load my list and timeout : code 504 error. End up using Palringo IM. I've tested with Agile IM and my account works just fine, only the OZ IM is having problem with my account. Any one else have the error and solve the problem, please share how you fix it. I did hard reset but that didn't help.

Its usualy an overload issue on OZ's end... I usualy just wait a few hours and it just works...

How can you explain if I just change login account, it works flawslessly? This does not make sense to me at all. Basically I can use any one of my friend account to login yahoo, it poped right up. As soon as I change to my account, timout code: 504. Go figured.

Ha, im not saying thats a fix to your issue, but the 5+ times its happend to me its been a waiting issue...

It has happened to me, the way its happening to you, once... I logged into my other account and it worked fine, and when i switched back to my normal account it would log in, so maybe its something dumb with the oz servers believing your already logged in or something dumb like that... Happens with blackberry servers all the time... Its not a program issue, its defiantly a server side issue...
