backlight
 

I'm having issues with my backlight. I adjusted the setting set to bright but now the light stays dim. i have installed PointIU and that seemed to be the program that caused this issue. Anyone able to help would be appreciated.

I had PointUI installed for a couple days before going through the extremely arduous process of getting all pieces of that program removed......

I never had issues with the backlight when using PointUI, but there were definitely quite a few other issues I had, resulting in my removing of the program......

I might try it again some day when there is a better version out.

Where you able to get rid of the Icon? I uninstalled it and the icon is still in my Program setting.
