Bluetooth pairing problem with Garmin Nuvi

I have a GPS Garmin Nuvi 360. The device has been working fine and able to pair to alsmost all other phone including treo but HTC Touch. Do you have similar problem ? I have restore the device (both of them with no luck) and also install the patch update from HTC. The phone and the GPS recognize each other but failed to make connection. I know the password is correct. The device otherwise pair fine with my other bluetooth device/car.

I hope someone will help me respond to this question.

Bring it into my store and I'll fix ya right up! Or if your not in kansas...

Goto www.garmin.com -> Support -> Updates and see if they have improved the GPS software any. Then goto your local Radioshack with the unit, ask where the local guru is (usually a mall store for phones/bluetooth stuff) and see if they can help you pair them.

My Touch works beautifully with the Magellan 4250!

Thanks for your response. There is an update firmware of garmin NUVI that fix this issue. Not great but at least work.

I have a 360 as well, with all of the updates from Garmin. It works like a champ with both my Touch and Mogul.
You can sign up at the Garmin update site to be notified whenever they update the Nuvi software. Been using this for 2 years, and it has been very helpful.
