As of right now I don't think its possible. Verizon is supposed to allow unlocked phones on their network soon, I'm not sure if they started doing it yet or not.

You would have to get Sprint to release the ESN first I believe. You might contact Verizon to see if they allow this or not.

Verizon is supposed to release the Touch also, but I don't know when.

I called Verizon CS couple of days back and they told me that they will start allowing unlocked phones from other networks in somewhere around 2nd quarter.
