Touch Stuck On Windows Mobile Screen
 

I adjusted some settings on the HTC Home Customizer, it asked to restart and I said yes, goes through initial sartup just past the Sprint screen and sticks at the Windows Mobile screen. I have taken the SD card out and the battery out, did several soft resets and still it won't get past that screen. Active synch will not recognize the device either. oI don't mind doing a hard reset, but this is my 1st Windows Mobility device and I had to move my contacts from old phone manually and I'd really rather not have to do that again. Any ideas would be apprieciated.

only way i could get my phone to work again was by reloading the ROM... i just went through the same headache... after you do a normal hard reset, if it doesn't show up... hold the power and camera buttons down while you are pushing reset button on bottom of phone. it should come up to RGB screen and computer should see it now... will be able to flash ROM again.
