Help: Google Navigator on Touch
Has anyone gotten this program to work on their touch? It seems really cool but seems to take forever to load something and is pretty unusable. I know a lot of people with wm6 using other devices have not had any issues. Would be great if someone could figure it out. They offer a fee trial.

Doesn't work for me either on my Touch. Just keeps loading and nothing happens.

Works perfect for me...
I installed to memory card... Ran, it took 25 sec to load the first time, loaded a screen with license data and some sorta code you need to register it, and its running fine... http://www.ultimind.net/nicksuploads.../googlenav.jpg |
O, i see what your saying... the map refresh is redonk slow... I thought you were saying the app didnt load at all... It seems almost as if it uses direct draw, it does a similar thing to slide2unlock when direct draw is turned on...

Wonder if there is a way to disable that if that is the case. I do not see any settings in the registry for it.

I tried to install the google map on my touch but does not work. When I click to my location it said your location is not avaialble. When I installed it it is showing city of San Fransisco for some reason and it does not change.
I downloaded and installed it on my device main memory not the memory card. What did I do wrong? Thank you |
The touch does not have a GPS, therefore google maps can't figure out where your at. You have to manually give it the location you are searching for or want directions from.

Just got an answer back from the developer saying the program is not compatible with the chipset we have and a new version should be out within a week.

Tnanks Eman for that update.
