Disabling or Removing the Password Keyboard

Does anyone know how to disable (or remove) the HTC Keyboard that automatically pops-up when you are entering a password? It is the one that has a single letter/number per button. I find it to be extremely useless and annoying.

I believe you can disable any keyboard using the technique I used in this thread. The link below shows how to disable BOTH HTC KeyBoards (one called HTC KeyBoard and one called HTC KeyPad). Look at the parent GUID key for the name and Search for other IsSipInputMethods through the registry and choose which you want to disable.

However if "One KeyBoard" functions in two ways depending on context and you want one context but not the other then you're out of luck. But I believe each keyboard is registered seperately. But I may be wrong.

Yeah, I actually read that thread a few days ago but thought that it disabled all of the touch keypads. I actually love the 20 key, but could care less about the 12 key and the password keyboard.

After viewing the txt file from your thread, I am completely lost as to what to do. Hopefully there is an alternate (simpler) way to accomplish this task. This should honestly be implemented into WinMo.
