Phone is locked up, cant get anything to work! NEED HELP!
 

Last night, my phone died and I just put it on the charger as I went to bed. I didnt turn it on, cause I figured it didnt matter. This morning when I woke up, it was at the windows mobile screen frozen. It wouldnt load up or anything, so I did a soft reset. It keeps loading to the windows mobile screen and freezing. Sometimes it gives me the option to boot in safe mode, but when I follow the instructions (I think I'm doing it right) it still says "Booting in safe Mode"

I've tried to take the battery out, and thats not working. I really really dont want to do a hard reset, cause I just took a bunch of important pictures, not to mention a million contacts I didnt sync with my cpu yet.

Pull the microsd card and try to reboot...

i've had that same problem with my mogul, and jay is right, but there's one thing missing...

did you install any program that's the chief cause of this? cause there are certain software programs that people just install that don't sit well with the device, and if that's the case, then tell us what program is doing this to your touch if you please.

if u have added any programs in the past couple days then tht is probably the cause of things. so boot into safemode and remove any programs tht u think maybe causing the problem so tht u dont have to do a hard reset if ur against tht sorta thing like i am. and if booting into safe mode on the touch is difficult install this program it has saved my a$$ a couple times now i wouldnt install anything without it. link to program here -http://www.monocube.com/content/view/5/37/. i know it says wm5 but it works perfectly on wm6. sorry bout my english way to used to text lingo tried the best i could 2 keep it to minamum my teachers get on to to me for it too (especially english teacher).
