I tried. Really wanted to move to a PPC phone and get rid of my PDA. Thought the Touch (Sprint) was it. Maybe the next version will be. TouchFlo is very cool but the device is crippled by two major shortcomings IMO.
1) It's simply not optimzed for use w/o a stylus. The iPhone UI has it figured out. Sadly HTC/Sprint do not.
2) The battery performance is simply not acceptable. Twice I went from 60% to a device that shut itself off 2 hours later (with no use). I just can not rely on the device-the kiss of death.
I could probably live with #1, but not #2. Too bad. See you folks.

We are sad to see you go and that the device did not work for you as it has for many of us. I personally do not see the issues you are seeing, I can navigate fine without a stylus, the UI is not perfect, but it works fine.

As far as the battery... you may have a defective one, I have never seen mine go from 60% to 0% after 2 hours. You may need to check what apps you had running and if they were connecting constantly through data, etc. Some research will point you in the right direction if you still decide to try it out.

At this moment I'm going to close this thread. These threads never end well and I can already see it become yet another WM vs. iPhone thread. Plus, since you are saying goodbye I don't see the point of this thread since you are basically telling us you won't stop by the forums anymore. I hope another WM device will fit your needs in the future and to see you back then...
