Mortscript and startup.mscr
 

I'm trying to make it so a mortscript called startup.mscr runs at first boot after the align screen clock and password setting. I'm having trouble understanding how to do this correctly using Oemizer so I can place it in my custom Touch ROM. I've made an OEM folder but the initflashfiles.txt in the folder is blank. I found initflashfiles.dat in 0_0409Lang folder but don't know if I can modify that. The files are showing up in the ROMs I've been cooking and mortscript is installing properly and can be run from /Windows after the fact but they are not running on first startup. Can anyone help me understand how this works a little better? Thanks.
