Should I keep my sprint touch?
My 30 days is almost up, just wondereing if I should keep this phone?
It gave me a lot of problems locking up and missing calls from sleep mode at first but after a few resets it seems to be fine. This is my first pda phone. I kind of like the phone and it is beginning to grow on me. What do you guys think keep it or give it back? |
It's up to you and what you want/need in a phone.

my advice is to keep it, i have had it since it first came out and having no problems with it other than it not waking up from sleep mode, but that happens very rare... i have so many programs on it and it never freezes up, i also have the mogul and that gave me more problems thats why i switched... the touch has almost triple program memory than the mogul... the form factor of the touch is great and it fits rite into ur pocket if needed. i work for sprint and hands down the touch is the best phone we offer... its so easy to sell wen i show customers what i can to with my phone. since that touch is giving u problems jus exchange it for a different one, if anything the rom update will be out in Q1 for rev. a to hopefully fix the bugs... but the touch is a must have

Thanks, do you know if you return the phone to get a replacement within 30 days does your 30 day period start over for an exchange?
|
No, it doesn't. If it did, what would be the point? People would exchange phones every 29 days without entering a contract.

I asked the Ecare rep this same question during my Mogul to Touch swap and he replied that the replacement phone did come with the Sprint 30day trial as well. I have the email stashed somewhere. I was concerned about getting another lemon not so much getting a new phone every 30 days. |
