Touch Phonecalls Help
 

Please give advice - I am having problems mostly with calls that I do not make from my Touch Cube.

For example, when I dial from the Contacts Listing or from the Keypad, I have a hard time "ending" the call - it seems sometimes pressing the red hard key works and other times it doesn't. I know you can push Call Status to be able to push End, but sometimes that is not that convenient.

Also, it seems my big ears must bump the screen and accidentally end calls....

Anyway...any advice, tips tehcniques will greatly appreciated.

Saying "End Call" at the end of your conversation has the phone automatically end your call.




Sorry, a little humor. Sounds like you and a bluetooth headset need to get acquainted. I have some similar problems with my facial anatomy, not a problem anymore. However, If you don't want to look dumb with that thing growing out of your ear there is always plastic surgery.

Can anyone explain the proper utilization of the physical red button - sometimes when i try to end a call, it ends up disabling the phone as well.

I usually just hit the red button twice, the first one will say "call ended", then if I hit it again I usually get back to the Today Screen.

Holding the red button will cause the button to run its secondary function. ie Flight mode, quick menu... SO, to end a call you should do a quick button press.
