Umm... free Touch?
 

I had a Mogul but decided to swap to the Touch after awhile because of the freezing and lagging. I call today to ask about the return kit for my mogul and I'm told that my account wasn't charged for the Touch at all... Free phone? Think I should be concerned about this? Has this happened to anyone else?

Happened to me today. They are sending me my new Touch and they do not want the Mogul back. They told me I can do whatever I want with it......

LOL... jeeez, thats bad.

I had that happen once, but then 3 months later they billed me. Be careful.

My situation is a little different. I have been going back and forth with Sprint for 6 weeks about issues with the Mogul. Gone thru 4 of them and they all have the same issue. Major BT problems. Even after the ROM update it got better but did not go completely away. They admitted known BT issues with the Mogul and offered me the Touch in it's place. They said they did not want the Mogul back.....

I definitely wouldn't trust them. They will most definitely bill you for it later.

yeah. i'll just be careful and hold on to my mogul for a little while.
