Touch Start-up Ram Question

I notice when my touch starts up the ram is about 84 but quickly drops to 75 in the next few seconds. Is this normal, I have all the same program that i had on my mogul but this never happened....
Thx Guys

No. He wants to know why it drops.

I don't believe he has 84 at all. Big difference.

It could be some programs that are still starting up. Perhaps when you first check it some things aren't running yet and when you check it the 2nd time those apps are started.

I don't believe that you see 84MB on startup. You wouldn't be able to do anything with the device at that point because the BioTouch software wouldn't have loaded and trying to do anything before that loads can hard lock the phone.

Yea... I just did a hard rest because it kept freezing.. I'm starting to miss my mogul...

mine use to be in the high 70s..

but I got S2Upro, WkTask, iCube, and Phone App in my start up. Now its mid 60s. Oh well. Its not like its 20 or below like *cough* mogul *cough*.

EtherealRemnant 12-16-2007 05:10 AM

20 or below?

Hell, you mean 7 or below.....
