Hacking the OZ Integrated Messenger from Touch

Hi, im trying to get some info/files to help my quest for getting the OZ Integrated Messaging program from the touch to work on other devices.
As it seems, all users trying to use this program are receiving an md5 error 403 when trying to sign on from any device other than the touch. If someone would be kind enough to send me / upload / or rapidshare the settings.cfg in Program Files\Instant Messaging\, give me a full export of the registry or a straight ROM dump from a touch THAT HAS USED the OZ IM you would be a god! I need these files to find the keys / entries that are causing the server to send this error upon signin. This is hands down the best IM program due to its use of SMS for the messaging as opposed to TCP. Please help our community make this work!

You can PM me, or send files to arigold1@gmail.com, or post them on rapidshare or if you really want PM me for my AIM, anything! Lets do this!

Peace:headbang:

Well, there are many other IM programs for WM. I don't see what makes OZ Messenger anything special anyway.

Because every IM program made relies on sending messages through TCP, which requires the internet to ALWAYS be connected on your phone = Eats batteries. OZ is SMS based for sending and receiving of its messages. You get the idea. Right now i use Slick and having the internet on all the time eats my battery in no time.

Peace

OZ signs into the service via the internet by logging into a sprint server to apparently verify the identity of your phone (Which is stupid), but after that all IMs sent and received run through SMS. I did just try Palringo which i give much props to after my slight dissapointment with Slick.
