ActiveSync Nightmare...
 

Got the Touch Tuesday and while it wasn't activated I installed Outlook 2007 and ActiveSync. Couldn't get the Touch to sync. The Touch had some bad pixels so I returned it and got another Friday. Same problem - won't sync.

Well after many hours with advanced tech support it only got worse.

The last tech had me download the ActiveSync *MSI from Microsoft.com and when I tried to install that (after uninstalling the CD version) it started but I got an error real quick and it stopped. Repeated installs failed.

Now when I tried the CD version of ActiveSync it won't install.

Anybody have an idea how to get me back to getting ActiveSync working?..
