sprint touch replacement
 

does anyone know if you take the touch into a sprint store if they are still replacing it with a touch, or not, and the same if you go through asurion. if not what phone are they replacing it with. thanks

They will probably replace it with a Diamond if they still have those. I doubt they have Vogues but Good Luck!

I just replaced my touch through sprint, they gave me the same damn phone, just a refurb. I don't know about asurion though.

to answer your question, i'm not completely positive, when i was still using the vogue though, there were rumors going around about getting the diamond through asurion. and that was over a year ago, so i would think they still do.

i got a touch pro 2 thru asurion. you have to talk to a manager while on the line with them. they originally offered a diamond 2 but i told her i wanted to have a keyboard. i have an old post somewhere in this forum of exactly what i say and everything. just search around.
