cant activate a vogue with 6.5
 

Had my vogue shut down for a while now. Had a pre then went EVO. Well the Evo got sent out for repairs and I got a rumor as a loner phone. I am about to eat a bullet with this POS. I went to the sprint store to try to reactivate my old touch with 6.5 but they cant program it.

None of the stock codes will let them enter the phone to program it. The guy at the store said I needed to put it back to stock in order to program.

I went home and tried to take it back to stock but screen is showing spl 2.0.
Everytime I try to instal a custom rom or the stock rom now it goes to boot loader mode shows 2.0 then craps out and wont complete the process showing connection error 260. The phone powers up fine and looks and acts fairly normal, but cannot be programmed.

Also if I try to go into boot loader mode by pressing the power camera and reset button it just cycles of and on but wont enter boot loader.

Can anyone help I cant be stuck with this rumor for a few weeks I want to smash it

I don't know, but did you relock when it had 6.5 on?
The SPL should show:
SPL-2.31. Coke
So, maybe you should try unlocking it again to flash a rom or back to stock?
I'm not sure if that will work, so i'm not responsible if something bad happens to it. :( sorry.

1st do a clear storage/hard reset.
Then put it in bootloader and flash the shipped rom.
Look in the Vogue Upgrades Forum for shipped roms. ;)
