Re: Sprint Touch Cube Configuration Tool v4.1

I'm trying to make changes with this utility and it wont work, what am I doing wrong? I make a change like the icon or just a simple shortcut change then I hit save and it says successful. Then I check the cube and there is no change. What am I doing wrong?

Try a soft reset.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. I am trying to get a button, iCube Sige #1, top right corner, to basically open up the folder that has the shortcuts for my games. Hope this is clearer.

Can't be done, unless you have an app that will open it.

There is a built in app that will do that. Put \Windows\fexplore.exe in the shortcut and the directory you wish to open in parameters. I have an icon on my cube for Mobile Office and it opens the directory where the Excel, Word, and Powerpoint icons are for example.

I got it to open File Explorer. Now when I put in the parameter \Games , I get nothing. Can you help on the proper syntax? Thanks

You need to use the full path to the directory. It will depend on where you have it but it will probably be something like:

\Windows\Start Menu\Games

or

\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Games

I don't think so, but you can test it out.

I didn't see anything in this thread... So I am asking just to make sure since I am extremely OCD... LOL

Are the changes made uninstallable? or Can a hard reset take the cube all the way to the original cube without a problem?

If you are using the default cube, there is an option to restore defaults in the application. An uninstall will not do it.
