Does the htc touch support SDHC 4GB cards
 

I was wondering if anyone knows if the touch or enhanced touch supports a 4GB sandisk micro card or the new ones SDHC ( Standard High Capacity cards)

yes, but there's a problem with the SD driver and cards have been getting corrupt when being accessed while the device is sleeping.

so i cant use this sdhc , i should stick to a normal card..or can i use the sdhc card cause i already ordered it...thanks for the response.

And yes it does work i have a 4 GB SDHC on my touch and no problems with it getting corrupted.. I have it since day one on my touch with zero problems so yeah u can get it if you want it work fine

thanks soundworkspr...i appreciate your positive reply..do you have the first generation touch or touch enhanced...the touch enhanced has double the ram and rom...
as for spr_legion i think if you got nothing to say turn the lock and throw the key away man...cause we dont need ppl like spr_legion and his verbal diarehia on this forum..the forum are for normal ppl to ask questions..I think Legion just needs someone to talk to , he probaly doesn't even have a htc..

Well i got the version sprint has better known as htc vogue the 400mhz 128mb ram i dont know if you can determine the version by this but i guess its the version 2 as i think version 1 should be the gsm

The SDHC will work every bit as well as a regular card.

If you look through the threads of people having SD problems, they have happened (and I've had them) with the 512mb that comes with the phone, as well as every other brand/capacity out there...

my 4gb sdhc card works fine for me

I am using a 6gb SDHC without issues.

hey if u can't spell a persons name right don't post about it. and it was a very simple question a little searching on sum forums and u could have found it. im jus tired of simple questions tht r easily answered. and yes I have a mogul which I have added the mods 2 make it similar 2 the touch without the crappy t9 only keyboard. I posted this from my mogul and sum ppl need 2 get a life ragging on ppl with crappy disses on a forum. yall need get sum maturity and take a little beating 4 putting a halfassed effort in to searching. little post like this create the loads of threads tht we have 2 search through 2 find an answer 2 a question when we have a tight schedule tht finding tht answer barely fits in. jus becuz ypur mommies don't think ur big enuff 2 cuss don't come with tht weak crap. u really need consider putting a little more effort into a search b4 posting stuff like this. now im dun telling u how 2 post
