Hi all,
I am new to this. My wife has an htc touch that was given to her and we are having a time getting it setup. I have same phone and had no prob getting setup, I did it all myself from home. She was told that it has been unlocked to flash roms to it and is currently running win 6.5, however we can't get it setup when we take it to the sprint store. (not that the techies there have much of a clue). We tried a hard reset, and everything else they could, but still no dice. If anyone has any ideas, we would appreciate them..

Im not quite sure what you mean.. Are you saying the screen is not accepting input? Like, you cant do the screen calibration?

Please be more specific..

If it is the screen it may just need to be reflashed with a stock ROM, or the digitizer could be out, or the cable for the digitizer has come unseated. If its the digitizer it will need to be taken apart, but its not hard.

A little confused also, is it input or what?
epst setting?
SPC?
Is it a service issue connecting with Sprint?

Did u reflash the stock rom first

It has probably been set to work on another network.
I suggest you flash the shipped sprint rom. ;)

I did not try to re-flash stock yet. Will try that next. Thanks all for not making a noob feel like one..
