Getting Sprint to Give you an HTC Touch
 

first off you cant just call and ask for one. what you need to do is call and outline the problems you are having with the phone. and that it isnt damaged in any way. They will offer to send you a replacement mogul. take it. Get yourself another mogul and a day after you get it call them back and tell them you are having the same problems. they will either offer to send you another mogul or a different phone. take another mogul if they offer you that as your only option.

after you get another mogul call them back and outline the same problems with the phone. and mention of course that this is your third one. you love the mogul and are trying to find one that works. they will offer you a change of model.

this is how it went for me. they offered me a treo 700wx at the service station i told them that was completely unnacceptable. but customer service wouldnt do anything for me. then a helpful retentions person mentioned to me that this is my first phone if it werent things would be different and they could do more for me. thus i took a replacement mogul and a day after i got it called them back. told them about the same problems with the phone and they OFFERED ME a replacment to the touch. i didnt even have to ask.

I did almost the same thing except i had the Moto Q!!!!!!! Not only did i get a touch but i got my plan migrated to a sero plan

Or you could try paying full price for the phone so everyone else's won't have to pay for your new phone when we renew our accounts. If everyone who wants a new phone destroys 3 good ones to get it I think the results will be higher price for everyone, don't you?

I missed that... with so many threads on switching I thought it was another Mogul for Touch thread.
