secondly, i have to drive out past HB on wed and because of what you've said i'm going straight to these guys on my way and get the anti-glare shield from them.

:headbang:

We try...:wink: sometimes I honestly wonder why people respond to posts without reading them...

While going North on Harbor (easiest way to go), past Warner, just turn right into the first driveway after the bridge over the river (more like concrete channel), and look for Suite C, catty-corner to a little liquor store, on the right. If you got to Heil, you can still turn right but you'll have to backtrack...if Jose is up front, you're set...great guy! If you ask real nicely, you'll see some of the more rare and beautiful animals in the PPC kingdom lying about...

PPCTechs Anti-Glare are awesome. I have used them since my 6700, I just need to place my order for my touch. These are the only protectors that make my screen truely readable in daylight. And as jay mentioned they do a great job with not showing fingerprints. If you do happen to get a print or two on then they clean super easy. And last, it's nice to support the home town. I grew up in Fountain Valley. ;)

Yes, the PPCTechs Write Shield anti-glare screen protector covers the whole screen.

No, it doesn't show fingerprints. You'd have to have chicken grease or something equally hideous on your fingers to even notice a slight smudge. It is amazing...

What I didn't cover;

Feel is much improved IMO over the stock screen protector, and I even prefer the feel over the screen unprotected, as there is a slight texture to gauge touch sensitivity.

While it covers the whole screen, there is a minuscule gap between the end of the digitizer and the start of the rubberized case, to assist in removing the screen protector should it become necessary. It is almost unnoticeable and a great idea IMO.

Plus, PocketPC techs is one class act. They gave me a discount without asking, installed the shield for free, and gave me extra microfiber cloths to boot. I am glad they are a local company, and I realize few members of PPCGeeks can just drive over there and get the personal service I received...I just find their attitude and service an indicator of a company that cares about its' customers. No, I don't work for them.

In case my last post wasn't in English:

Can anyone else vouch for the screen Ant-Glare screen protector? Is it truly Anti-fingerprint? I do not see anything about fingerprints mentioned on their website. I Obviously wasn't asking you *****.

Were you looking for a specific number of vouchers?

I'm impartial on this little tirade thats going on, but I do want to point out that other people have also commented...

I also agree with jaytv on the PPCTechs Anti-Glare...it's really nice.

I'll third this opinion. I ordered it, and it does reduce glare. Fingerprints are virtually non-existant compared to the version that comes pre-packaged with the Touch. It's not as glossy and it has less of that smooth feel, but it's definitely a solid protector that fits great and works well. It does not mess with the touch screen sensitivity.

Yeah, they have commented, AFTER I asked if anyone else could vouch. Thanks for your help.

Does anyone know how the ppctech anti-glare screen protector compares to the boxwave anti-glare screen protector? I had the boxwave on the mogul but was wondering how they compared before I get one for the touch. TIA

So is it a perfect fit without even the smallest gap, as they don't differentiate between the Sprint version and the GSM version?
