anyone ever seen this issue. I happens all the time even after the phone is reset....

Never seen it on mogul or touch. Butthe touch is WAY more stable.

I've never seen that on the Mogul I had or the Moguls that my girlfriend and another friend have. I think you have a defective one. But I do agree that the Touch is much more stable!

That's messed up. Time to get it replaced @ sprint.

hmm, I would have left the screen just like that, walked into a Sprint store with the Mogul and exited with a Touch! The stability of the Touch is way better than the Mogul at this point.

what apps are you runing? have you tried a softreset and just run the stock mogul for a while? i bet it is some softwae comflict you are having. mabe something had a bad install. what is in your startup folder?

maybe just send the pic to ecare and see if they can swap you out for the touch.

picture has been sent, but do I just send emails from with in the webpage or is there an address? I want this pirce replaced with the touch.

That doesn't work at the stores down here. :(

They'll just hard reset it and if it doesn't repeat it right after the hard reset, your phone has "no problems".

I tried to post the image but then saw it was too big so changed back to link.

That's definately some sort of corruption. Try a hard reset and run stock for a while.

My Mogul often did this when it was running sluggish; or I should say running slower than it already was.
