can OBD2 scanning software be ported to winmo?
 

i found free OBD2 scanning software for windows xp and vista. i was wondering if there is any way to get these running on a winmo or android phone. im going to use

the software is usually installed on a laptop, but i dont have enough money for one. if this can easily be ported, this could make life nice and easy!! i have a mogul and touch now, but possibly getting a touch pro 2 or hero in the future. let me know if its possible!! the files are below

Looks intersting but there is no software out there right now that i know of that runs on winmo.
