I fully agree and if done correctly it will work, just as you put it.
Flash the 2.31 SPL
Flash Radio 3.42.50 "OP if you need this check the link for Vogue radios in my signature"
Then flash the custom ROM
Then all should function and work properly.

A note though after flashing the GPS radio the ROM will appear to be in a boot loop and a new GPS or custom GPS ROM needs to be flashed.

I did hard spl to 2.31Coke and flash to Radio rom 3.42.50, then flash to customize NFS final rom.

so are you using the factory esn then? I only have a mogul, but it never showed the meid fields.
if your borrowing a sn then you probly need to properly set the meid flag.

Hmm...
What happens when you try to turn the phone on in comm manager?
In other words, turn Airplane Mode off.
Just curious.
When you soft reset does it now read 3.42.50 next to the red R or does it say No Radio?

I'm not sure how Hutch is but here in the state your MSID is in the form of a phone number used to ID your device. You have your as 1234567890 in the states it would read like this for Utah USA 8015551698 "fake" So double check with Hutch on that, also does Hutch normally use a R-UIM card. I believe they do so their may be some things that need changing in QPST. If the phone shows the radio version in the boot screen and device info then it's going to be either a QPST or epst setting that changed when you downgraded the ROM to begin with.

In Commanager
When i put on the phone,Airplane mode is off.
Phone is on, but it shows noservice like it can't capture any signal.

Red R show 3.42.50. which from "Whitey10TC"

The main point right now is the phone can't capture CDMA signal.
Normally, it shows 1X with signal.

If i use official rom, MSID wouldn't show.
By the way I don't think about MSID.
I agree to change something in QPST to make it normal, but I don't know which parts I should change.

Contact Hutch and find out all the information for setting as possible. As for MSID find out if the need one. I'm willing to bet they do. Anyway find out as much info as possible post it or PM me and I can see if I can give you anymore help.

Honestly, this is why I said to call your carrier before for information like this so you might find out what data you need in order for your phone to function on their network. You told me they couldn't give you the information because there is no support. To me that is just weird. If they want you as a customer somebody should know the information. I wish you good luck my friend. Hopefully someone knows something. :)
