Weather plugin won't connect
 

Could anyone talk me through how to troubleshoot a weather plugin that won't connect or update? Thanks

Do you have regular internet access? Do you get any type of error?

I do have internet connectin, and don't get an error message; it just says that it can't retrieve data from the requested city (or any other city I try).

Did you select the city from the list or did you add it manually via file or registry editing?

I think I may have erased the IP address and Host Name when I was installing the Accuweather address. I've posted a thread asking if anyone have them. Obviously, I shoud be leaving this to the experts.

did you edit your HH_0409_WeatherCities.xml file?

I tried to, but got a message that the file was too large to edit.
