3 month old mogul, i want the touch
 

hiiii, how can i make sprint exchange my mogul with the touch. i know the only have a 30 day exchange policy. i really want the touch and i don't want to go to the hassle of ebaying my mogul and getting the money to by my touch. any ideas?

my last thought would be insurance, but it's worth asking about even though the touch is $50 less than the mogul at retail... i'd take a shot of asking if i were you, but it'll never hurt to do so.

Insurance will only swap same for same if they have stock. And they have plenty of moguls in stock.

No offense, but there are enough threads discussing users trying to switch their devices, please use one of those.
