does your charging led ever turn green?
 

i have completed two charges and never seen the charge led turn green.

this mornng i woke to see it was still orange. this was charging for 7 hrs. i soft reset the phone, pluged it back in, and about 5 minutes later it finally went to green.

today i charged for 2 hours. one hour into the charge the battery level was at 100%, but the led was still oragnge. i figured i was almost charged. another hour later it is still orange.

what give?

maybe a bug? not a big one but maybe

Mine was green when I woke up this morning.

Mine turns green as well.

I had the same problem on my Mogul and thought I was not getting a full charge either. Found out I had notifications set to flash light after receiving a text message and value was set to "no limit". The light flashed when I was running off battery but went to solid orange when I got a text while charging. As soon as I viewed the message, the light went to green and indicated a full charge.

Mine got to green charging off my laptop USB today for the first time since I got it on 11/1. Might be a battery conditioning issue.

USB charge is a trickle charge,much much slower. Use the charger to get a faster charge.

Mine works fine. Always green in the morning. And during heavy use when I have to charge in the car it goes green as well...

Yep I know USB is trickle but I did that like 10hrs/day for the first couple days with no green LED. Now it goes green...

I did get the Sprint-branded car/wall combo charger last night--sweet.
