help with manilla

Can someone help me with my touch flo. I am running vins V4 rom, and would like to set up the manilla theme, I know that there is a cab fix which I have already downloaded, but it says that you have to go into the weather tab of manilla and set it up before you install the cab. But i cant find the weather tab!

nvm guys im sorry im an idiot, i was thinking that VINS rom had the touch flo fix, but it was NFSFANS. Got it working. Will mods please close this up?
