Official SMS Fix !?
 

Wondering if anyone knows if there has been an official fix issued for the Vogue for the 2016 timestamp issue.
I know a lot has been discussed in the TP2 forums about this but I haven't seen anything in here. I know there is the workaround where users can set sms timestamps according to when they are recieved but not the original way when they are created. I went to Sprint's website but there was no info for the Vogue/Touch. lol Probably too old.
Just curious what Vogue users are doing. ;)

I have not had this happen. horndoctor are you having this problem ? If so try flashing back to stock then your rom you are running.

Hmm...well honestly I don't text much mostly email. I was under the impression that this was common to all WinMo devices so I was just trying to stay up to date with everything.

HKLM/Software/OEM/SMS

and Add the DWORD VALUE : RECVTIMESTAMP and Value = 1 and soft reset!

That Should Fix it.

Yes there but it does not shoe the date just the time, does anyone no if there is a setting in the phone somewhere?

ya was wondering if it worked on the vogue, seen it on htc's site the other day but didn't get the chance to test it out.
