6.1 , IE doesnt display picture mail
 

i have a problem with displaying picture mail . i'm using win 6.1 with custom rom , kristal v5. it was working . i tried using 6.5 but the picture was small and i couldnt download any pictures after viewing like i used to . it said please wait for you download to begin , but wouldnt give me an option to save image . so i went back to kristal . and now i get picture mail messages , that allow me to open it and as a default internet explorer opens saying view picture , then the screen stays black . and nothin is displayed . i tried getting around by using sky fire , and copy & pasting the link to sky fire and it worked and let me view the pic, but when i save the image it doesnt let me open the image on my phone,so idk. or do i have to update to 6.5 to use picture mail features

I suggest you reinstall picturemail program. You don't have to run 6.5 to use picturemail. :)

On wm 6.5 default IE set to desktop view.
You can change IE settings to mobile view and restart browser.
After that it will work the way you need.
