HELP PLEASE! Phone stuck on Green WM6.1 screen
 

I am on a sprint touch with the stock rom...My phone was runnng slow and then just stopped working, so I took out the battery, now whenever I try to turn on my phone it is stuck on the green screen and I need help. First Is there ANY way I can get to my contacts? Then I am looking to fix this problem is there a fix?:cry:

Did you try a soft reset? Take your stylus and push it in the reset hole.
Then if it will boot up you can use a backup app to backup your contacts and whatever else you want to save. Then I suggest you go from the Start Menu to Settings/System and click on Clear Storage and follow the directions. That will hard reset your device and reset it back to the original state. Now, this will clear all contacts and apps stored in the internal memory so backup anything you want to keep before you do it.

I cant soft reset...it does the exact same thing...my only option is a hard reset isnt it....Would it be possible for me to go to a sprint store and get them to back up the contacts or is it all gone forever?

Try putting it into bootloader, then soft reset.

I just did a hard reset now im up and running again....gotta get all my contacts back though...WEAK

If you did a hard reset they are most likely gone for good. Hope you backed them up.

Sorry dude.:( Well, you now know why it's good to use Microsoft MyPhone or another type of backup service or a backup app to help in a situation like this. ;)
